How to prepare and schedule posts across five platforms
Prepare the post for each destination, connect your accounts, choose the target channels and time, then confirm the publishing status. Aurrra supports YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. A calendar plan and a successfully published post are different states, so check the result for every destination.

1. Connect the right accounts
Automatic publishing requires an active paid Pro or Gusto plan and is unavailable during the subscription trial. Open Settings → Channels and connect the accounts for your project. Check that each connection is active and that you selected the intended channel or profile. Available publishing options depend on the platform and your account permissions.
2. Finish the media and copy
Choose the final video or other supported media, caption, and thumbnail where applicable. Review the format and requirements for each selected destination. Adapt the opening and caption to the audience rather than assuming one version fits everywhere.
3. Choose destinations and a time
Select the connected accounts that should receive the post. Set a future date and time, and check the timezone shown in the scheduling flow. Resolve any media, connection, or platform validation messages before confirming.
4. Confirm it is scheduled
Review the selected accounts, media, and time in the post's publishing details. Make sure the status confirms scheduling. A date on the planning calendar alone does not establish that a provider accepted the post.
5. Check each publishing result
After the scheduled time, review the status and destination link for each account. A partial or failed result needs attention. Read the reported error, correct the affected connection or media, and check the destination before retrying to avoid a duplicate.
